Agreement

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Coastal Current Electrician (“we,” “us”) may change these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Information only

This website describes our services in general terms. It is not technical, safety, or legal advice. Electrical work must be done by qualified professionals and in compliance with applicable codes. Always consult us or another licensed professional for your specific situation.

Services & estimates

A service agreement, written estimate, or invoice—not this website—controls price, scope, warranties, and scheduling for any job. Nothing on this site guarantees availability, timing, or pricing until confirmed with us in writing or as we otherwise agree with you.

Intellectual property

Text, images, logos, and design on this site are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for claims related to the site is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us solely for access to the site in the twelve (12) months before the claim (if any).

Links

The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Orange County, California, for disputes arising from these terms or the site, subject to applicable law.

Communications consent (calls & text messages)

If you submit your phone number through our website and check the consent box before submitting, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number (or have authority to consent on their behalf) and you agree to the communications practices described in our Privacy Policy, including receipt of calls and SMS about your inquiry and related services, automated or prerecorded technology where allowed, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can use STOP/HELP as explained in the Privacy Policy for applicable programs.

Consent is not required to purchase services from us. You may request an estimate or service using another channel (for example by calling us directly), subject to our normal scheduling and qualification process.

We use third-party communications providers (such as Twilio) to deliver calls and texts; carrier or vendor downtime, filtering, or errors are outside our control.
